We have acquired our dogs from reputable breeders dedicated to the betterment of the breed.   

All of our dogs come from some of the best lines of German Shorthaired Pointers in the US and internationally (Rugerheim, Fieldfine, Ehrenvogel, and Wynbourne).   We are honored to use the hard work and dedication of these kennels as the foundation of our Kennel Infinity German Shorthaired Pointers. 

All of our breeding dogs are health tested in accordance with the recommendations of the AKC Breed Parent Club for: 

• Hip Evaluation
• Elbow Evaluation
• Ophthalmologist evaluation
• Cardiac Exam
• Cone Degeneration DNA test 

Our dogs participate in AKC Conformation events and achieve at a minimum a Championship title. Conformation is the official name for “dog shows.” While they may seem glamorous, the true purpose of conformation showing is to evaluate breeding stock. The dog’s conformation—his overall appearance and structure—is an indication of the dog’s ability to produce quality purebred puppies, and that is what is being judged in the ring.  

We evaluate our dog’s natural hunting abilities and training.

Our dogs are  well-mannered and we participate in the AKC's Canine Good Citizen program which is recognized as the gold standard for dog behavior. In CGC, dogs who pass the 10 step CGC test can earn a certificate and/or the official AKC CGC title.
